Laurelmead, a premier independent-living retirement community on the East Side of Providence, seeks a full-time, experienced Sales and Marketing Assistant to provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Director and to assist with achieving occupancy goals.
Responsibilities include assisting Sales and Marketing Director with sales and marketing efforts; assisting with preparing pre-qualification and closing documents; and coordinating new resident arrivals with residents and moving companies.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, computer literate in Microsoft Suite, excellent organizational skills, highly detail-oriented, and be a strong team player with a strong worth ethic.
Associates degree preferred.
Experience working in a similar role with basic knowledge of real estate transactions, sales and administrative support while maintaining confidentiality strongly preferred.
Must be a team player.
