Qualifications

  • Laurelmead, a premier independent-living retirement community on the East Side of Providence, seeks a full-time, experienced Sales and Marketing Assistant to provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Director and to assist with achieving occupancy goals.
  • Responsibilities include assisting Sales and Marketing Director with sales and marketing efforts; assisting with preparing pre-qualification and closing documents; and coordinating new resident arrivals with residents and moving companies.

  • The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, computer literate in Microsoft Suite, excellent organizational skills, highly detail-oriented, and be a strong team player with a strong worth ethic.
  • Associates degree preferred.
  • Experience working in a similar role with basic knowledge of real estate transactions, sales and administrative support while maintaining confidentiality strongly preferred.
  • Must be a team player.
